This is a family recipe that my grandmother used to make as a quick snack or even breakfast! It a very easy recipe and impossible to fail. You can make a bunch of small feta breadrolls and a large loaf according to what you like!
1 1/2 cups strained yoghurt
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups all purpose flour
300 gr feta cheese
1/2 tsp tomato paste
some dried oregano or fresh thyme
salt (depending on how salty is the feta cheese you use)
1. Mix in medium bowl all ingredients to create a smooth dough.
2. Place the dough in a medium greased baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven (200C) for 1/2 hour or so.
3. If you use a large baking tray, when the cheese bread is ready,  cut it into equal square portions while it is still hot.
