All these cold days I am consuming teas and hot beverages in general to beat this sudden cold weather ! So I decided to show you how to prepare these two delicious beverages which are very easy to make in 10 minutes time and enjoy your time in front of the fire place …well if you have one…i don’t…:( Anyway,
the first beverage is coming from Spain and it is the well-known spanish chocolate which delicious and thick, ideal for dipping churros inside!!! the second one is kind of the indian chai that i tried once when I was in London and it is perfect on a cold evening like today…Spanish Chocolate ( Recipe taken from MORO-The Cookbook)

1 cinammon stick
200 ml milk
150 gr dark chocolate ( like Valrhona, 70% cocoa solids) broken up
125 ml sweetened condensed milk

1. Infuse the cinammon stick in the milk by simmering it for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and discard the cinammon.
2. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. When melted, gently stir in the infused milk and condensed milk until smooth and emulsified. Serve immediately and enjoy!!!

Indian Chai (Tea) 

3 teaspoons black tea (good quality)
3 cardamom pods
3 whole cloves
2 cinammon sticks
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 pinch freshly ground pepper
1 star anise
1/4 cup milk

1. In a small sauce pan pour 3 cups of water and add all the spices and boil it for 3-4 minutes. Set aside the saucepan and let the spices infuse. Add the loose tea and let it rest for 5 minutes.
2. Strain the tea into another sauce pan and add the milk and add sugar according to your taste. Serve it immediately and enjoy all these amazing exotic aromas!!!
