This is a very simple recipe that needs only 3 ingredients. Octapus, olive oil and vinegar… trust me you will get a very tender octapus… and not that chewy thing we usually eat in many greek tavernas/restaurants…
1 medium octapus
50 ml vinegar
1. Place the octapus in a large saucepan and leave it in high heat the first 5 minutes and then for another 15 minutes in medium heat. The octapus will release its juices and will start to boil. You will have to watch it because the juices will evaporate and the octapus might burn. Immediately, remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the vinegar over the octapus. As it is still hot, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and serve!!!
